Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 7c773 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and each registered user ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the games, betting markets, cashier, promotions, or any other feature available at 7c773.pro. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 7c773. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not create an account or access any service on the Platform.

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering. 7c773 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Abusing the chargeback process, reversing a payment after funds have been used for wagering, or any other form of payment fraud directed at 7c773 or its payment partners.
• Verbally abusing, threatening or harassing 7c773 support agents, other Players, live dealers or any other individual connected with the Platform via any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7c773 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or where required by applicable law or a regulatory directive. In such cases, 7c773 will retain any bonus balances and may retain real-money balances pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their 7c773 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus balance) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are subject to the Responsible Gaming terms.

7c773 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 7c773 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, game malfunctions caused by third-party providers, or connectivity issues on the Player's side.

12. Amendments to These Terms
